Prompting Users to Synchronize

Users do not volunteer to change their passwords.

• P-Synch can identify users who should change their passwords either based on upcoming expiration on a target system, or based on the last P-Synch password change.
• Users are asked to change their passwords:
  • By e-mail, with an embedded URL to the P-Synch server.
  • By a Web browser, automatically opened during the network login script.
